This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between LLC "Agromonitor" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") in connection with the use of the digital agromonitoring service available at the domain researchnew.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The Service provides the User with tools for analyzing the condition of agricultural fields, crop yields, and weather conditions using satellite data and analytical algorithms.

By registering or starting to use the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept the terms of this Agreement.

2.1. Obligations of the Service Provider

The Service Provider undertakes to:

• Ensure the operability and availability of the Service in accordance with its functional description.
• Provide the User with access to satellite data, analytical reports, and forecasts within the selected tariff plan.
• Protect the User's confidential data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Timely inform the User about significant changes in the operation of the Service or the terms of the Agreement.

2.2. Obligations of the User

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the Service.
• Use the Service solely for lawful purposes related to agricultural activities.
• Not attempt to bypass the technical limitations of the Service, decompile, or copy its elements.
• Not transfer their credentials to third parties and be responsible for all actions performed under their account.

2.3. Rights of the Parties

The Service Provider has the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.

The User has the right to demand that the Service Provider fulfill the obligations stipulated by the selected tariff plan and this Agreement.

Access to the Service is provided on a paid basis, unless otherwise specified in the tariff plan description. Payment is made as an advance payment for the selected billing period (month, year).

All prices are indicated in rubles and include applicable taxes. The Service Provider reserves the right to change tariffs, notifying current Users at least 30 calendar days before the changes take effect.

A refund for an unused period is possible only in case of technical impossibility to provide the Service due to the fault of the Service Provider. The User's refusal of services during the paid period is not grounds for a refund.

The Service provides analytical data and forecasts based on publicly available information and algorithms. The Service Provider does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or error-free nature of the provided data and is not liable for any losses (direct, indirect, lost profits) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

The User acknowledges that decisions made based on the Service's data remain solely at their discretion and risk.

The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions in the Service caused by the actions of third parties, force majeure circumstances, or scheduled technical work.

All rights to the software, interface, design, databases, analytical algorithms, and other elements of the Service belong to the Service Provider and are protected by intellectual property law.

The User is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for the duration of the Agreement. Any copying, modification, or distribution of the Service's materials without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

The User has the right to stop using the Service at any time by disabling the subscription in their personal account. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally in case of a material breach of its terms by the User.

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website researchnew.com, unless a different period is specified in the version itself. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes means the User's consent to the new version.
